NCC are building three townhouses at Kätcheslach park 

Another topping out at Riedberg: On September 28th in glorious weather, the Regional Director of the NCC Germany, Helmut Kunze, CEO of HA Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft, Friedhelm Flug and numerous other guests turned out to celebrate the project "Ars Triada" in Ginsterhöhe. NCC has created 24 apartments on an approximately 2,500 square meters of land close to the Kätcheslach park and the light rail station "Riedberg". There are 2 to 4 room apartments ranging in size from 90 - 176 square metres. The penthouse apartments offer spectacular views of the Taunus hills, while the ground floor apartments have a private garden. This project represents the final contribution from   NCC in this district.
